I am deeply committed to NAMI Yakima because I recognize the critical gaps in mental health care that our community faces. My passion for mental health services drives me to guide, facilitate, and implement essential support programs, advocate for those in need, and promote mental health education. With four years of experience in case management and serving as co-chair of the Yakima Community Coalition, I have gained valuable insights into the pressing needs within our community. My dedication to community work is unwavering, and I am eager to contribute to initiatives that support our collective well-being. As a lifelong resident of the valley, I share my husband's sentiment: "I was born here, I grew up here, and I plan to be here forever. From the hop fields of Emerald to the sagebrush of Prosser, this is my home" and I am committed to helping it thrive.

I believe in giving back to our community. By sharing our stories, good and bad, we show that we are human! I love having the ability to meet people where they are in life. No one walks alone!
